Hip-Hip Horray for this article I jog regulary at Mogadore Resvoir(NE Ohio) & always carry at least one plastic bag in my pocket for alum cans. Its amazing the bags I see blowing around(left or thrown by pigs). People use this place for their personal dump. You would'nt believe the trash around there. I tend to clean up(pick-up trash) & leave trash bags here & there(full) but it never stops! I wish people would read stuff like this and hope they feel guilty.

[...] there like Grocery IQ. If you operate best with paper in hand, consider getting a laminated master list and check off items with a dry erase marker. You can also download a variety of lists from The Ultimatest Grocery List and laminate yourself or just slip into a sheet protector for continual use.
